The rooms were newly remodelled with ac, you feel like home.

I've had a really nice stay for a family visit. I was happy with hotel's amazing location near shopping centres. The staff was excellent and caring, I will never forget them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with great view of surfers paradise. It was nice to find an oven, a washing machine, and glassware.

Views of the beach were truly special, the room was beautifully maintained and brand-new. An air conditioning, it's own balcony, and a lounge area in the room were useful...

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our room. The sight of the coastline stretching out before us was simply breathtaking. The location couldn't have been more perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of sufficient crockery and cutlery, and some maintenance issues, our overall experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a beachfront retreat.

large apartment great location clean great pool and bbq are

no airconditioning so it was very hard to sleep or relax as it was extremely hot none of the sliding doors lock and they were all coroded if one person was in one shower the other would not have any water coming out of it

Fantastic location, right on the seafront of Surfers Paradise. Easy walking distance for the shops, beach, restaurants etc. Theme parks only about half hour car journey away. Great to have an allocated parking space for your hire car. Our apartment was a bit tired, but fantastic view made up for that!

Would have preferred daily maid service

Amazing ocean view, great pool facilities, comfortable check-out, convenient location to shopping area, fast elevators, tight security.

Location, spacoius apartment

Cleaniness of room, how the room had been maintained (exposed wires in power point/s, power points loose and not within safety) washing machine not maintained for guests. Windows on all balconies not cleaned, tiles on balcony not cleaned. Overall look of the room has not been well kepted - (Example; stove eroded, rusty windows) Room looked dingy compared to website that made it the room look fresh and revamped - this is very decieving for interstate travellers)

We were lucky to receive an ocean view apartment! The view was amazing!!

The room we were allocated wasnt what we paid for or booked! We booked the 3 bedroom superior apartment and was allocated what appeared to be a standard 2 bedroom apartment with the 3rd bedroom being a small alcove with a fold out soda.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a good area, not far from the desert and cavil mall, beach, theme park, shops. Fantastic location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Surfers' Paradise district was worth visiting. All the employees were caring and very very helpful. The food selection was great!

I had such a wonderful time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the beach. The location was absolutely perfect, with secure parking and easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff, especially the manager at the reception desk. The room amenities were superb, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchen. I also enjoyed spending time on the patio, taking in the stunning views and relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture.

I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Able to use facilities- spa, pool etc for extended hours. Staff friendly & helpful. No problems with late arrival. No problems storing luggage once checked out.

Right in the heart of Surfers, close to shops and beach. Big apartment, plenty of space.

Room could have been modernised a bit. A tv with vhs player in bedroom!!!

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The location was great, close to public transport and within walking distance to many attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were poorly maintained. The carpets were stained, and there were marks on the walls.
